Shawn joined The Drying Company in August of 2024, bringing 10 years of experience in basement, foundation, and crawl space work to our team.

Do you have any special training or certifications?

I am certified as a foreman, service technician, and performance advisor within our network of contractors. I used to perform installations and services for homeowners.

What's your most used productivity hack?

A clean and organized workspace allows you to perform better and faster.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

I enjoy getting the opportunity to meet new people and work alongside homeowners to fix unique and different problems.

What's something you're proud of?

In my personal life - my family, my wife, and my son are the best things that have happened to me. Professionally - finding a career that I've enjoyed so much as to continue it here in Virginia after we moved here.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?

I love a good campfire under the stars and I make a mean smash burger.
