There were several issues with the Encapsulation. All issues were satisfactorily resolved over 10 days after initial completion. Ryan did a great job resolving all issues except the electrical.

Two insulation batts were left in place. Hence shockwave application was missed in these locations. Leftover liner pieces remained adrift. Two areas had insufficient spray foam insulation. Lots of sand and debris left on the liner. Electrical wiring problems took three visits to resolve. Ultimately required replacing the circuit breaker and GFI installed. All works wel
Could have been more thorough. However, when issues were pointed out, Ryan was great at resolving all of them. Even added an extra 4x4 ft of liner at the entryway as we intend to use the crawlspace for storage of several items

Had previously desired to encapsulate and was selecting companies that provided this service. Ed's experience and knowledge impressed me and was the deciding point in choosing the Drying Company. Nearby location was also a deciding point. Had consulted with JES who had previous done some great foundation work for me at a previous house. While my installation had some issues and problems, the staff and teams were fantastic at pursuing the issues and ultimately resolving my issues. Very happy with the final outcome. Definitely worth the time and expense.
