While we were unable to actually use fortress, Caleb was spectacular when he came to work with us. He came once and gave me the information, and then recommended that he come again so he can go over it with my husband to give us more information. He spent a lot of time with us and I never once felt pressured into anything. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I feel it would be honest to give a five star rating when they didn’t actually do work on my home. Once we are able, I plan to give them a call back!
