Salesperson had a great personality. I had difficulty understanding what warranties I was getting and how they worked. Although, he did try to get me the best deal possible, and I knew that the company would follow through to give me exactly what I needed.
Crew was top notch, throughout the process there were 5 guys that were there. We ran into some issues early on and had to draw up a change order. The guys explained what happened and how it was unavoidable, Thomas even showed me a video explaining the new system I needed.
The guys cleaned up very well. I had a new patio put in a few months ago and the guys had to mix the concrete to fill in the places where they removed concrete. Some of the mix got on my patio, but before they left they absolutely made sure that there was nothing left on the patio. I am very appreciative for their efforts.

I received 3 quotes and all of them different with different reasons why I was getting water in my basement. The reason I chose Fortress is the warranty, the knowledge of their systems. The Salesperson was also personable and got me the best deal possible.
