Jenna, Hannah and Sarah, I thank you ALL for being on the receiving end of the team. Sometimes the first or last person the customer speaks to and unfortunately sometimes, we as customers, can be a big pain in the butt! We don't mean to be, and most times are not, but it does happen! Always remember, if a customer is having a bad day and directs it at you, just let it roll off your back and bounce right out the door! It's never really meant for you! And keep in mind that we never really know what people are going through and they could be dealing with a lot outside of the job with Fortress. Just take a deep breath and give Grace to those folks :) You ALL do a Spectacular job, and it is so welcoming to hear your friendly voices when I call! Keep up the amazing work and AWESOME customer service!!
