Crawl space becomes damp. Recent water pipe leak, since repaired. Vapor barrier needs replaced, old pink insulation under floor but deteriorating. Previous owners installed a sump pump on corner of house, not sure what caused the need for that, although we turn it on during the rainy season. Need to know the best way to insulate to avoid mold and termites. We currently have neither but work needs to be done.
