What made you choose our company:

We had received another bid from a local contractor and his price was breathtakingly high. We got a bid from your company which was much more to our liking but it also gave us the same and maybe a bit more for our money. Our first bid said our problem was extremely bad (10/10) but your inspection guys said it was about 5/10 as far as how bad it was.
