I would like an estimate on completely redoing the crawlspace on a rental unit. The relief valves from the hot water heaters are draining into the crawl space. The insulation in the house floor is hanging down, moisture is causing mold in some areas. Moisture barrier is old and brittle, no longer any good. Walls are not insulated. Ground floor has crush and run, but uneven. Thanks.
