CJ checked my system, performed annual maintenance, and explained how old the two sump pump batteries were and how they were performing. His explanations were clear and fairly presented. I chose to purchase two new batteries. I commend CJ for his professionalism and expertise. I appreciate him as a Sure Dry employee.
