The serviceman “Jack” was very thorough and professional in his work. He checked all of our sump system operations, replaced controller and alarm batteries and checked our crawl space encapsulation . He then provided us with a written report. He proceeded to go over all the details of the report. We will certainly request Jack for our next inspection or any service issues we may have in the future. Thank you Jack, and thank you Sure Dry for hiring him as an employee. Mike & Kathy Molnar
