The Tech you sent was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained things in great detail, MUCH appreciated. He clarified some misgivings and went "above and beyond" to address any/all concerns I had. He also confirmed/reinstated my decision that having Sure Dry handle my basement was a wise choice. I wouldn't let this guy get away. Thank you doesn't seem like enough but it's all I can say. I will keep recommending you to everyone I know and I will sleep much better tonight.
