Despite their best efforts and through no fault of their own, some of the repairs I had hoped to complete were not possible due to circumstances caused by my home builder/concrete contractor when I had my home built seven years ago.

Arrived on time and was very informative and helpful. Perhaps a little to eager to have me sign a contract before having a chance to speak with my wife. But when I requested to do so, he was accomodating and understanding about it.
