Did not call that apt. was changed from 8 am to 11:30, & when asked for discount for foam not used, I was told I needed to talk to the salesman, who was not available, & I should call his cell phone.

Very courteous, and professional. Apologized for being late as they where scheduled to a different job in Green bay before us. Explained what they are doing, when they should be done, & asked if there was anything else they could do for me, & asked if I was satisfied when they were done.
