The estimate guy and the installer were so nice and answered all my questions, no matter how silly they were. They were very nice and professional. The office staff was knowledgeable and never made you feel like you were wasting their time. The install was quicker than I thought it would be and the guy showed me everything he did and explained how everything worked. Overall, If everything works as great at as it looks, I don't think I will be cleaning up water in our basement ever again!!!
Since there was salt and crap outside, it wasn't the installer's fault that there was a little salt and stuff on the stairs. So no hard feelings at all, just would have been cleaner in spring or summer. :) I was surprised at how little there actually was for how icky it was outside.
