When the tech came out to our home originally, he was very thorough and explained things very well.
Bill Hammer was the BEST. He introduced himself upon entering our home and then proceeded to put coverings on his shoes so as not to track anything into our home. Very respectful and professional. We went downstairs to the unit and he explained what he was doing and what we might experience and what to do if the water level got too high. He showed us the inside of the unit and again explained some things. Very informative. He explained our payment options and the reductions we could get by signing up for your service plans. We had a question about an issue in our basement which he explained very well and very detailed. Our visit was a very positive one. He did not seemed rushed or in a hurry to get to his next appointment, but rather that we were his main concern. He accepted all our questions with interest. Thank you.
