Our Overall Service
Failed to mention being a garage floor lift that the winter weather shouldn’t be a problem to repair within weeks. Instead was told it couldn’t be done until early spring. This was in December.

The estimate/contract showed the full price minus the required half the cost payment up front and then reflected the balance as the same price as the full cost. When I questioned the logic behind this I was told it’s because the half down hadn’t been paid yet. Also, I paid in full up front a and had to contact the office after 3 weeks to get a date set up for the repair.

The crew was actually about 45 minutes early but that was bad communication from the scheduler.
Professionalism of Company
I found the labor crew to be the most professional aspect of the company. They explained everything and actually went above and beyond lifting s small section of sidewalk that tied in with the garage that wasn’t initially concerned in the quote.
