Our Overall Service
We've owned our home for nearly 30 years and can count on one hand the number of years when there's been a dry basement. From the initial call to the end of the project, staff has been professional, responsive, friendly, punctual.....I can't say enough.

Sales Process
Scott was the salesman, and he reviewed our concerns, made observations and recommendations based on his experience and our situation. He gave us multiple options to make the best decision for our property.
Our Installation Crew
Dalton was the lead for the internal waterproofing system inside. He arrived when he said he would and was even early. He explained the process along the way. He was responsive and prompt with questions and concerns, even after the job was complete. Cody was the lead for the Poly-level. He explained the process along the way, answering question as needed.
The Cleanup Process
This is the 2nd time we've had internal waterproofing done. This process was way cleaner than we could have imagined. We moved most items & covered the appliances, but the dust was minimal.
For the external Poly-level, there was no clean up needed at all.
