The crew doing the repairs was professional and the coordination with needed electrician and plumber went smoothly. You even rebuilt our wooded shelving against the wall as it had previously been damaged by moisture...which we didn't know. So this was quite an unexpected "gift" and very much appreciated. Brian Krammer who initially did the evaluation was very thorough and really explained the process and spent several hours at the house. So we felt he knew what he was doing. Truly the entire process went smoothly. Can't say enough about how polite the crew us!!! And a great cleanup afterwards.
