Island Basement Systems is an extremely reliable local company with an owner and rep's that are skilled at determining the best economical solution to water infiltration and humidity issues. I have found IBS personnel to be far more responsive and effective than their competitors.
We noticed water in our crawlspace in the afternoon of December 23. I called Peter at IBS later that day and he inspected the crawlspace in the early morning of Dec. 24
Peter quickly determined what needed to be done to undertake the repair and prevent future infiltration problems. A detailed written proposal with photo's and quote was received.
When Marshall was finished he cleaned up the area inc removal of all boken concrete and gravel from the trenches

What made you choose our company:
I used the Basement Systems outfit in Calgary for 2 crawlspace foundation wall leaks that were expertly repaired with an injection material. In Saanich, I hired IBS to repair a cracked concrete balcony overlay and leaking parkade ceiling in our Strata. IBS has also repaired 2 foundation wall leaks in our Strata Stacked Townhouse. Finally, in 2014,IBS installed a Cleanspace membrane and liner in 2/3's of our crawlspace.
