We had used Island Basement Systems before for major work in the basement. I appreciate that the rep states what will be done, then actually completes project as stated. The estimates always "come in" within $ amount. Workers have always shown up for the job when they said they would show up. All the staff/workmen are friendly, presentable, listen, answer homeowners questions. IBS has always sent out their "best looking" guys (Bonus!)
