The Homeowners Association of this neighborhood decided that it was mandatory for the homeowner to fix their front walkway. The problem with the walkway was that a portion of it had sunk, causing a tripping hazard and an eyesore. In the Before photo, you can see that the joints between each slab are wide open. This more than likely allowed rainwater to enter beneath the concrete and wash away the soil.
Our crew, lead by Foreman Kimo Kaauwai, fixed the walkway by first injecting PolyLevel Polyurethane Foam to lift and level it. Then they injected NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent future rainwater from causing the same issue.
Foundation Repair of CA addressed a customer's concerns around her pool deck. We lifted & stabilized settling areas and sealed cracks & other areas with Nexus Pro.
A before and after of a Push Pier Installation we did in Concord. The homeowner had complained of some foundation problems. We were able to help solve his problems by lifting and leveling the areas of concern.
As members of the family tree get older, they get weaker. The same goes for wood members of your floor system. Our SmartJack Adjustable Posts act like boy scouts helping the elderly across the street.
Look at the old concrete footing in the before photo. It looks like something out of a Science Fiction Movie. Along with the Jack that was supporting the floor, the two had seen better days.
With the installation of a new concrete footing and our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post, this area of the floor system was saved from sagging.
