This home was experiencing uneven floors. Upon inspection, we noticed that some of the existing wooden posts were not properly connected. Wood posts pale in comparison to our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System. SmartJacks are essentially one-size-fits-all with their adjustability, but wood posts can't be adjusted as easily.

For older homes, what may have been allowable in the past by the Building Code isn't acceptable or smart today. In the Before photo, you can see that the floor of this home had a wide, unsupported space. 

In the After photo, you can see our SmartJack System carrying the load and saving the floor from sagging. 

With the installation of our NexusPro Sealant and PolyLevel. We were able to lift this pool deck back to level and seal the cracks. 

We were able to fix these uneven steps with our PolyLevel Polyurethane. We then sealed the cracks with our NexusPro Joint Sealant.
