When our customer was approved for the Earthquake Brace and Bolt Program and chose us, he made a partnership with the best company for the job. Steve went to the customer's home and designed a great solution that met all of the requirements of the program and once work began, Juan installed all products. The customer was left feeling happy and safer in his home in case an earthquake were to hit.

The homeowner had complained about rain water not draining properly. We gave her peace of mind by injecting PolyLevel Polyurethane Foam beneath the concrete to bring it back to level, allowing the rain water to reach the existing drain, and then sealing the joints with NexusPro Sealant in order to keep water from entering the space beneath the concrete, which was more than likely the reason for why it had sunk to begin with.
The homeowner was worried that their home wasn't retrofitted well enough to properly defend against earthquakes and the damage they cause. Our crew, lead by Foreman Marvin Melendez, installed plywood sheathing to upgrade the cripple wall, and Simpson Strong-Tie URFP10 and L70 brackets to connect the cripple wall/mudsill to the concrete foundation and the floor framing to the cripple wall.
This project was completed in two days and the homeowner couldn't have been happier.
By adding plywood sheathing, along with URFP10 Brackets (pictured connecting the plywood to the concrete sheathing) and L70 Framing Angles (not pictured), your home becomes stronger and can defend itself against earthquakes better.
