This beautiful home in Moss Beach was built in 1910. It is a dream home for anyone because the beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, while the home is so close to the water that you could practically dive in from the porch, the coastal climate can take a toll on any home. The moisture-filled air and the rain can slowly wear away the Foundation. Looking at the "Before" photo, you can tell that it was time for a makeover.
The entire foundation looked just like the "Before" photo when we were called. The homeowner decided that the entire foundation needed to be replaced. In total, our crew removed and replaced 156 linear feet of foundation. They took the foundation from crumbling to humble.
A beautiful hillside home in Woodside California was experiencing a fairly significant amount of movement where their 8 inch concrete slab driveway met the garage. The sinking was getting so significant it became difficult to move their vehicles in and out of the garage.
We are so happy they called us, because we had the solution. Instead of tearing out their otherwise pristine concrete, the Foundation Repair of Ca concrete repair team used our PolyLevel® foam injection system to raise the slab back to its original height.
This permanent solution was able to be completed in just a couple of hours at a fraction of the cost of removal and replacement.
We love our PolyLevel®
This patio was a concrete slab it had a crack that practically cut it in half. One half of the slab was sinking too. So the homeowner contacted us, Foundation Repair of CA. Our solution was our PolyLevel Foam; this high density foam lifted the lower half to meet the stable half of the slab.
The concrete slabs of this backyard patio had sunken and lifted from eachother resulting in an uneven. Our crew was able to lift the sunken portions making for a smoother backyard space.
A curved slab needed lifting in Meadow Vista, CA. Our crew was able to lift it to meet the slabs next to it eliminating the tripping hazard.
