Cleanspace Encapsulation For Humid Crawl Space in Valley Center, CA
Before photo shows a crawl space in Valley Center that is humid and started to have strange smells. The after photo shows the end result of cleaning up the insulation and the vapor barrier install. The vapor barrier will lower the humidity by capturing the water and directing it to the pump. Paired up with our Aprilaire 1920 dehumidifier, this will remove the excessive levels of moisture. This will remove the owner's problems with smell and mold and they can now enjoy their home.

Homeowner Richard W. had settling slabs of concrete in his pool deck at his home in Temecula that he desperately needed to fix. In the before photo, you can see how his concrete became even and looks horrible. The after photo shows how PolyLevel lifted and stabilized Richard’s concrete.
