The foundation walls of this home in Salida Colorado were constructed using Insulated Concrete Form (ICF), which is great for the insulation value and ultimately the energy savings. All this crawlspace required was some debris removal, installation of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, and Air Seal & Insulate the perimeter rim assembly with a closed cell spray foam.   

This home that was built in 1900 had a 2' crawlspace that needed mold remediation, Radon Ready,  CleanSpace Encapsulation System, & 3" thick (R19) closed cell spray foam air sealing/insulation around the perimeter walls & rim assembly to create a healthier & more energy efficient home!

This old house had some miner ground water seepage in the basement. Our solution was the CleanSpace Encapsulation system - laying down drainage matting, 20 mil CleanSpace liner, and perimeter blanket insulation. This basement can now be used as a storage area!

This crawlspace received a makeover with mold remediation, EPA registered white fungicidal coating, and the CleanSpace Encapsulation System that left this crawlspace looking brand new. We've created a bright white, healthy, & dry space for these new homeowners.   

Sometimes during home rennovation projects, issues pop up - or rather spring up from the ground (as in ground water seepage). The source? possible leak in the water main or ground water seepage. Either way 1st things 1st - Fix ground water seepage. We installed a SmartSump sump pump system - discharging incoming water from the basement to the exterior - 10' away from the structure where it can water the lawn. Next phase of the project: Isolate the home from the earth with the CleanSpace Encapsualtion System - Stay Tuned.
