These 8 units all had the same issues - exposed earth with groundwater seepage, microbial growth on the wooden structure, and rodent contaminated insulation. We bagged and removed the insulation, remediated the mold, and isolated the structures from the earth with the CleanSpace 20 mil liner sealed around the perimeter. Copper mesh wire was stuffed into gaps and closed cell spray foamed over in addition to insulating the walls - to keep the subfloor exposed for maintenance of plumbing and electrical.

This homeowner had never been down in the crawlspace to see what was lurking. Turns out - without a properly sealed heavy duty liner - ground water seepage, mold, & rodents had wreaked havoc down there. We cleaned everything up, Installed a sealed 20 mil cralwspace encapsulation system over a 23 mil thick dimpled drainage matting, stuffed any voids with copper wire mesh to keep the pest out, air sealed the perimeter rim assembly with closed cell spray foam to create a continuous air & vapor barrier, insulated the subfloor with R30 fiberglass insulation, & stapled a breathable insulation barrier to bottom on the floor joists. Looks & functions great - Now its dry, warm, mold & rodents free! 

The fridge water line failed which resulted in saturated sub-floor & floor joist. After 48 hours of moisture intrusion mold began to grow. We set up proper air controls and containment's to remedy the mold & dry the structural elements. After everything dried we re-insulated, regraded the earth, laid down a thick drainage matting & a durable 20 mil liner attached and sealed to the foundation walls - all in 2 days. Looks Good!

We gave this crawl space a complete makeover - Mold & Rodent Remediation, Double Sump Sump System, Drainage matting under the 20 mil CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System, 2" foamboard insulation around the perimeter foundation walls, & closed cell spray foam insulation around the perimeter rim assembly. Now the homeowner enjoys a clean, dry, healthy home!

This cinderblock foundation wall had active groundwater seepage due to the hydrostatic pressure of the earth. We removed all falling insulation & debris, remediated the mold from the wooden joists & subfloor, isolated the damp earth and foundation walls with the 20 mil CleanSpace Encapsulation System, air sealed perimeter and subfloor penetrations, and re-insulated the foundation walls with an R19 White vinyl face batt blanket insulation. These new homeowners shouldn't have to worry about their crawlspace ever again!
