Before, this Greenwich basement was damp and had a concerning moisture issue. This left the area to be unwelcoming and a nuisance for the homeowner. Wanting a solution, he decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems! 

The solution for this basement was to install a WaterGuard system. This product is a below the floor drainage system where water is collected and channeled from the WaterGuard to a sump pump where it will be discharged away from the home. The system is concealed with cement which you can see around the perimeter of the wall in the after photo. To control the moisture problem, CleanSpace Liner was installed on the walls. This moisture barrier is a durable, bright white liner that prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through. The dynamic of these waterproofing products will provide a dry and healthier basement. The homeowner was impressed with the transformation of his basements and how well the waterproofing products work. Now, this Greenwich homeowner can enjoy a dry and welcoming basement! 

This resident from Riverside, CT mainly used their basement as a storage area, however, they wanted to finish their basement to give a simple, more comfortable look. Foreman, Sheldon Lennon and his team began by installing our EverLast Walls and Ceiling Linen to give this basement a rich and brighter look. In addition, our team installed ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring to achieve a polished finish while ensuring that the floors remain free from warping. A homeowner in Riverside, CT was getting water in their basement. They called us to have someone come out and give them an estimate for work. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Steven Godbout, went to the home to assess the issues and provide a proposal for work. 

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his crew to tackle the project. They installed a SuperSump Plus. This sump pump will collect any water that comes into the basement and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This is done through a proper discharge line that the crew installed. Now this basement will stay dry!

They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floors around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in through the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump that would take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on half the wall. With these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time. 

This crawlspace in Riverside, CT previously hosted an unwelcoming damp, humid space.
