A Milford, CT homeowner was getting water seeping into their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems searching for a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our entire perimeter waterproofing system. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Marcio, and his team to install this job. Because this basement had a monolithic foundation, both of our drainage systems were used, our DryTrak and our WaterGuard. DryTrak was installed around the perimeter but above the floor and will still capture water seepage from the walls. WaterGuard was installed in other areas to help lead groundwater seepage into the sump pump. Our TripleSafe and SuperSump Plus sump pumps were installed and will effectively pump out any collected water. CleanSpace vapor barrier was put on the walls to protect from moisture, but also to help direct water from the walls into the DryTrak. 

Now that are systems are in place, this entire basement will stay dry all the time, ensuring the homeowner's peace of mind.

Before, this existing customer had our sump pump that needed to be serviced. It is a general rule that your sump pump should be serviced for maintenance every year.
