Before, this Cornwall crawl space had a lot of unwanted air and moisture which affected the rest of the home. The homeowner worried about her wet crawl space and how it negatively affected the rest of her home. Now, with the help of our patented products, CleanSpace  moisture barrier and SmartSump  pump, this crawl space is dry, clean and healthy! The CleanSpace moisture barrier prevents cold, humidity and moisture entering from the outside. The SmartSump pump will direct all water seepage to the discharge line away from the home.  A homeowner in Torrington was getting water seepage in their basement and needed a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Matt Abbassi, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a basement waterproofing solution. 

One of our Foremen, Chris LaBaire, and his crew would work on the installation of this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floors around the entire perimeter of the basement. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump. These systems will collect water coming in from the walls or floors and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The crew installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls as well. Now this basement will stay dry all the time.

Now, the basement is completely dry, and the homeowner can be worry-free!
