Before, this New Hartford basement had a lot of water and moisture problems. This frustrated the homeowners and they wanted to find a solution. They decided to reach out to the experts to help find a permanent solution.  

Now, the basement is waterproofed thanks to our patented WaterGuard product. This below the ground system internally collects water and channels it to a sump pump system. From there, the water is discharged away from the home. The walls of this basement were also seeping water and to solve this problem, CleanSpace liner was installed (as you can see in the after photo). Any water that would seep through the wall will be directed to the WaterGuard system. To keep humidity low in the area and to obtain an overall healthier environment, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed. Now, the homeowner is satisfied with a dry and comfortable basement!

This gets installed below the floor and then covered with concrete to ensure that any water coming in from the walls or floors gets collected. Then they installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump into the lowest point in the basement. This will take any water collected from the WaterGuard and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed a partial wall of CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now this basement will stay dry whenever it rains.
