Call Representative
The work was originally scheduled for Friday Jan 4,2019 at 10:00am. The sales rep, Phil Dixon sent me an email to notify me. I sent him an email at the beginning of the week to confirm since I had not heard anything frim Dryzone. Phil emailed a response, yes still on schedule for Jan 4th @ 10:00am. Thursday Jan 3rd I received a call from the office stating the crew needed to come out that afternoon. I explained we are on schedule for Friday. I was told if I didn't take this time this afternoon, our appointment date would have to be rescheduled. Due to the long wait for the original appointment, I agreed & said ok. The crew came later that afternoon for about 1.5 hrs & left. On Jan 4th, I expected the crew to return to complete the work. I called the office around 10:30 am to inquire. The office assured me I was on schedule. I received a call later that afternoon saying the crew would not be coming out today. I was told they would come out tomorrow on Saturday. Saturday came & we didn't know what time to expect them. They finally showed up at the wrong house. When I called the following Monday to say I request an invoice & would like something to say the work was completed as the Saturday crew did not have us sign off on any paper or give us anything saying completed, I was told our file was missing.
Sales Process
Phil Dixon was a grear sales rep. He was thorough in explaining about installing the vapor barrier in the craw space underneath our home.
Our Installation Crew
The second day the crew was expected to come out, they actually went to the wrong house. We saw the truck drive up on the road. The truck was parked across the street & the 2 guys got out of the truck. They stood staring at the house across the street for about 5 minutes. My husband, Robert had to go outside across the street to inform them they are at the wrong house. Our house numbers are clearly marked on the front of our house in big black numbers. Also, didn't they have a work order with our house number? I wasn't too confident with this crew if they can't read numbers on the work order or on the front of a house, how are they going to install our vapor barrier in the craw space under our house? I can only hope they did the work correctly. I can't craw underneath to check.

I didn't see anything left behind from either crew that came out.
