Barry M. of Naples, Florida contacted called LRE Foundation Repair after growing concerned about major trip hazards around his pool deck due to uneven and sinking concrete. LRE’s inspection found that poorly compacted soil and washout underneath the pool deck was causing the concrete slabs to crack and settle. LRE was able to remediate Barry’s concerns by utilizing their 2-part concrete protection system. This involves injecting a 2-part polyurethane foam underneath the slab to relevel and stabilize the concrete and then sealing off the cracks with NexusPro which is a silicone-based sealant to provide long-lasting flexibility. Barry can now get back to enjoying his pool area knowing his pool deck is permanently stabilized for years to come, and those dangerous trip hazards have been eliminated.
Severe settlement damage had caused large cracks to form throughout the walls of Kathleen’s home in Margate, Florida, prompting her to seek assistance from LRE Foundation Repair. After a thorough home inspection by one of our expert Design Specialists, it was determined that the underlying soil beneath the home had become unstable, resulting in foundation settlement. To provide a comprehensive repair solution, our team implemented a push pier system to permanently stabilize the foundation and lift it back into its proper position. Each pier was strategically installed around the foundation, successfully stabilizing the home and closing the wall cracks. Now, Kathleen can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing her home is permanently stabilized and protected from further settlement damage.
Erin in Coral Springs, Florida, was planning to have renovations done on her home and knew she needed to have her foundation inspected first after noticing several cracks in her walls. She reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our expert Design Specialists to help identify any issues. Upon close examination, our Specialist discovered that significant soil settlement beneath the home had compromised the foundation's integrity, resulting in the walls cracking. The specialist crafted a plan to fully stabilize the home and lift the foundation back into its proper position with our push pier system. Flooding had been a persistent issue in the yard of Gary’s home in Cooper City, Florida, and he knew he needed to have the problem addressed to prevent potentially serious damage to his foundation. A Design Specialist from LRE Foundation Repair visited Gary’s home to conduct an inspection and craft a customized solution to help prevent flooding. After looking over the yard of the home, the specialist discovered that although the home had a gutter and downspout system, the water would regularly pool around the perimeter of the home due to poor grading of the yard. A plan was devised to install an EZ Flow French Drain system, which includes a buried extension for the downspouts. This extension will directly channel water from the gutters and into the subsurface system. From here, the water will then be diverted out through a pop-up relief drain located at the far end of the home's property. Following LRE’s installation of his new drainage system, Gary’s flooding issues have now been successfully resolved, relieving him of this persistent issue.
