Everyone that was on the crew was always very nice. One of the things that made this job a great experience is that Tim the foreman always made sure we knew what was going on and the progress of the project. He would tell us every single day where they were and what they were continuing to do the next day. Tim would always make sure that he called in the morning to let us know when he was going to be here with his crew. This is what made having this project being done at our home above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for allowing me to give you feedback on your company. Austin was AMAZING! So educational and personable. No pressure to purchase. Explained the pros and cons. Everyone I have interacted with from your company has been professional, courteous, happy to explain things. Great communication with both sets of crews... when they would arrive, what I could expect, explaining the process, making sure my needs were met. I am SUPER impressed! LRE did the foundation work on our 100 year old house. From the initial contact to the last follow up, their customer service has been impeccable! I called for an estimate, the next day it seemed I received a very professional brochure explaining the work they do and the process. I took the time to read through it so when Frank came to do the estimate I had some idea of what he was talking about. Frank was thorough in his explanation of the necessary work and answered all of my questions with patience and in a way I was able to wrap my head around. Carlos, the foreman of the job, was not only friendly and professional but did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. The crew did a great job keeping the construction mess to a minimum. The crew that redid the subfloor in the bathroom did as I requested and only screwed the floor in a minimum number of spots so that it could be easily pulled back up when the bathroom remodel team re-does the bathroom. I highly recommend LRE Foundation Repair!

I have a 1920’s home that was starting to shift to the point where doors no longer closed. Jordan, Gabe, and Max did a great job of lifting the house to a point where doors could close again without cracking any of my tile floors.

I have a beautiful oak tree in my yard and its roots caused my front walkway to lift in places causing a tripping hazard. LRE did a wonderful job at leveling the areas that had concerned me and they offered a very competitive price. I also like that their work is legally registered with the county/city. The crew members communicated often and all terms and scope of work was made clear to me. LRE was very professional and I highly recommend this company!

Let's face it. No one wants to get foundation work done. But when you have to you have to! From Frank coming out and explaining the process and giving me the estimate, to doing comparatives with their competition, I found LRE was doing a more complete job for about 15% less than their competitor. More for less works for me! Scheduling was fun too! I must have rescheduled his job three different times and they never gave me a hard time. The changes were made with a smile.   Scott came out to do the first part of the job and did it professionally, on time, and did more than I even asked for. The job site was left better than it was when they got here. I got the other part of the job done today. Jagren came out on time, made the driveway and walkway look better than I could have ever imagined. He left the job site nicer than when he got there. I highly recommend you go to LRE if you need foundation work. Excellent work at excellent prices. 

LRE did a great job fixing my foundation. In the crawlspace, almost filled up with sand and roots, the central girder supporting the floor joists had dropped and was close to failure due to ground contact, rot, and termite damage. LRE replaced the girder and supported everything with smart jacks. The quality of the work looks great, and our floor is very close to level for the first time since we bought the house. We're no longer fearful of the house continuing to sink, and I believe we are safe and stabilized for years now. LRE is one of only two foundation repair specialists I called that will do excavation to gain sufficient clearance to do the work. The amount of excavation necessary was considerable because poor drainage around my house had caused the ground level under the house to rise by more than a foot over the years. The crew were very friendly, and in my estimation, highly experienced and qualified to do this very difficult job. I highly recommend LRE, and I will use them again if necessary and recommend them to my friends. Many thanks to Franky, Joseph, Taylor, and others who worked on my project.

Great job to Antonio and this team. From start to finish we were so pleased with this job. Antonio texted before arriving and was right on time. The team worked continuously in the Florida heat. They were exceptionally neat, left the work area as clean as possible, and Antonio and I did a walk-through prior to them completing the job. I appreciate how polite, professional, and courteous the entire team was.

From start to finish, LRE was exceptional. Fay was very knowledgeable and prompt at answering all of my questions. When I met Scott, he was professional and explained the process of repairing my foundation. When Scott finished up, he assured me that everything went perfectly and then showed me all his work. I could not be happier with LRE Foundation Repair. 

They were super humble and chill... good vibes explained everything. The end of the concrete slab we weren't raising cracked, but he filled it down sealed it up so I told him seriously it's not a problem bc it's already fixed. It was so hot and they worked a long time even self moved the trailer off the slab. Super pleased and they should def get shown appreciation for their hard work, attitudes and having kind conversations about my venting and such... they were understanding etc so good guys great work I'll recommend, worth the money.

I'm very happy with the crew, especially Carlos. Their explanations of the difficult work involved and their professionalism. They seemed to enjoy their work. We had a good time together! I still can't believe Carlos managed to raise up the sagging front of the house!! Thank you and thank all of them for doing such a wonderful job!!!

Sergio and his crew, Jose and Angel, were true professionals. Sergio called 45 minutes prior to coming out to give me a heads-up of their arrival. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves with firm handshakes and smiles, offered to explain what they would be doing, and asked if we had any questions. When they were getting ready for lunch, Sergio again contacted me to tell me their plans and got right back to work upon their return. Upon completion we talked and exchanged heartfelt thanks. Their work is great and I'm sure the new drainage system will get tested soon (it's summer in Florida!) and will function as designed. Thank you gentlemen and thank you LRE!

D'Angelo called the day before our actual appointment to say that they had completed that day's work and asked if they could come to look over the job and possibly get started on my project. After agreeing to the arrangement, both D'Angelo and Javonte arrived on time, and were open and friendly. They described what work would be accomplished that day, and I was taken by the way they both expressed their enjoyment of their work and their relationships with LRE. They began work and after a few hours notified me that they were leaving for the night and would return the next morning. The job was completed and we could hardly tell that they had been here. The holes in our walk and driveway are barely noticeable. The house foundation work is almost invisible. Amazing crew and job, and our worksite was left spotless both days. We highly recommend LRE.
