Our inspector recommended a sump pump with drainage matting to direct water out of the crawlspace and away from the house, along with a dehumidifier to lower the humidity. The homeowner decided to move forward with the project and was very happy with the results.

A homeowner in Daniel Island, SC noticed a water issue in their basement. The water was coming through and along the base of the walls. They were worried about the problem getting worse, so they searched online for some answers and found Lowcountry Foundation Repair. We were able to design a customized waterproofing solution that fit the needs of the basement and the homeowner was happy to move forward with it.
