A homeowner in Bluffton, SC noticed cracks on their interior walls and felt like their house was settling. Our team conducted a free inspection and discovered water seepage in the crawl space causing the beams to rust and piers to settle. To address the issue, we recommended installing a perimeter waterproofing drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump to handle the water seepage.
