This homeowner was experiencing extremely high moisture levels in the basement. Our team came out and installed a dehumidifier to regulate the moisture level at about 55%.

This home in Macon, GA built on a hill had water seeping in through the block walls, flooding the space under the home - causing damage to stored items. Our team installed a waterproofing drainage system to direct the water to a powerful sump pump to be removed.

This customer had concerns about their subfloor sinking in the Jack & Jill bathroom. Further investigation by our team discovered the floor joists were rotting, wet, and had mold growth. We removed the floor, replaced & sistered the joists below and installed new subfloor. 

Ross and Jenny B. of Macon, GA had a problem in their basement. Water had seeped in and damaged the basement flooring. An inspector from  Lowcountry Foundation Repair visited the home and created a custom solution to seal the basement from the water seepage from the outside ground. First, WaterGuard would be installed to divert water away from the foundation, and then CleanSpace liner was used to seal the basement walls. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidification system completed the project. The owners were thrilled!
