I really can't say enough about how impressed I am with you personally, and Lowcountry Basement Systems as a whole. Both my wife and I are business owners and you don't start a business to break even. I understand that businesses are designed to make money, while providing a service. I am thankful that you all also understand customer service and that customer happiness is paramount. Like I said in a previous email, I will most assuredly recommend and use Lowcountry Basement Systems should I need these services. In today's time and economy, it's difficult to find a business you fell genuinely has the customer interest in mind. I would ask that you please forward my message to management, so that they know what a valuable resource you are and that I am supremely appreciative of everything offered and provided by Lowcountry Basement Systems. I would send it myself but not sure who to send it to. Or, if you'd rather have it come from me, please send me email addresses of your supervisor, manager, or even the owner.
