They were not to sure if it was much of an issue but decided to have someone come out and look at it due to the home being on a hill. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. Once Tim got out to the home he quickly realized the best product for the homeowners was going to be our Helical Piers under the footing of the home to help lift and permanently stabilize the home.   

The owner noticed major interior and exterior cracking around his property, a clear indication of foundation settlement. It had gotten so severe that a bedroom wall was not even touching the ceiling. We utilized our galvanized push pier technology to counteract the settlement using the Earths hard bedrock. Our team was able to achieve an outstanding 6" of lift! (notice the space beneath the window on the right)

The Foundation Supportworks team went out to Malad City to help Mr. Steve Dickert with his problems in his crawlspace. The beams supporting his floor in his house were not doing the job so we placed some of our SmartJacks and a Supplemental Beam to ensure that his house had the correct support. We also gave his crawlspace a big update by encapsulating his crawlspace.
