Hit a bump in the road with your remodel? As you can see here, the original floors joists are in poor condition and will provide no support once the home is completed. We installed our SmartJack system to provide more support where needed. We also installed our insulation along the footing. 

A recent customer of ours in Wallace, Idaho called us with some concerns about water coming in behind the wall that is bringing the wall and supports down. SumpPump are installed in specially constructed sump pits. The sump pump's job is to pump the water out of the pit and away from the building so the basement or crawlspace stays dry.
