In case sump pump discharge lines were to become clogged or frozen, and to help protect against basement flooding, IceGuard was installed in this Centralia, IL home. 

An effective sump pump is essential for a truly waterproof basement. This storage room was susceptible to bad leaks during heavy rains, often getting flooded with an inch or more of water.
