Woods Basement Systems was called out to this Highland, Illinois basement to help with water leak issues. The basement was plagued with leaks during extended periods of rain, and the homeowner was tired of the cleanup. In order to waterproof the space, a Woods team installed WaterGuard drains underneath the flooring at the base of the leaking walls to catch any water and prevent it from making its way into the space.  

Water was leaking down a basement wall in Highland, IL, causing damage to it and pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now remain dry and restore peace of mind for years to come!

This basement was leaking, causing foundation damage and cracks in the walls. This homeowner chose to have the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system installed, which collects the water that drains along the walls and pumps it into the TripleSafe sump pump. This sump pump will powerfully pump the collected water out and away from the property. This will keep the house dry and keep the foundation from failing.

A concrete wall supporting some landscaping alongside a home was starting to bow, threatening to fall entirely if a solution wasn't found. Woods came out and installed the GeoLock System to correct this problem. Steel plates are placed directly on the concrete wall. These plates are connected by metal rods to steel anchors buried some ways away from the home. This system will effectively stabilize the wall and move it back to its original position. It also can be tightened over time, preventing this type of issue in the future. Thanks to Woods, this wall will remain stable for many years to come. 

This garage in Highland had a crack going up the wall, making the garage lack the presentation it desires. Our Woods foreman used a piers excavation system to eliminate the crack and maintain the value of the home!
