Sales Process
I was pleased with the work but maybe I misunderstood part of the sales persons quote. In the basement there were several plates in the inside, but only 3 I beams attached to the floor joists on one area in the basement. I thought that the Ibeams were going to go all across the back of the house and the plates in the front. So it seams I may have misunderstood the end result.. I took pictures - so if you have any questions please call.
