When your guy Bob got to my house, he was the first one to tell me about all the maintenance work I need to do and why. Even though that was not what I wanted to hear he explained to me why it was important to do. He took the time to just talk with me and did not just try and sell me something. My basement has had a wall bowing into the house ever since one of the rain storms. Woods Basement Systems placed a flex span over the bow and the wall has begun to return to its normal shape. Woods Basement Systems also repaired the crack in the wall. The people in the office were very helpful and polite.
