In July 2002 you personally came to our house to advise us how to correct a minor moisture problem in our basement. We appreciate your courteous and professional approach to this problem. Also, although your suggestion was to install a waterguard system, with a supersump, you never pressured us to make a quick decision to have this work done by Woods Basement Systems. We made the decision to wait to see if this problem would occur again. Unfortunately, we again experienced a small leak after the recent heavy rains. On Monday, June 16, 2003 your salesman came to our house to inspect the leak and see if it was still appropriate to correct the problem in the same manner you suggested in July 2002. He also suggested we remove the baseboard and carpet in the affected area to see if we could identify exactly where the leak was located. We did this and your salesman returned on June 25, 2003. we agreed to have a waterguard system with a supersump installed. On June 26, your salesman called and said he had scheduled our work. Your salesman has been very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed working with him. It is refreshing to see someone exhibit the attitude that they, and their employer, are dedicated to satisfying the customer. I definitely appreciate the rapid response to my request for help. Based on my contact with you and your salesman, and the way your office staff handled my telephone calls, I will have no reservations about recommending your company to others.

I would like to commend you on the professional job your company did on providing us with a free estimate to seal a potential leak in our basement. As you are aware, we are selling our home and on the day of our building inspection, it was raining.
