Shortly after the installation we received a 100-year rain of 7 ½” in a single evening. I had to keep going into my basement to check because I couldn’t hear the sump pump, but our basement was dry. Without the installation I probably would have had 8-10” of water in my basement.

The annual maintenance was conducted on 24 July by Cory Schneider-Service Technician. Cory called on the way down to keep me informed of his arrival time which I greatly appreciated. Cory completed the annual maintenance on my system, explaining what he was accomplishing, why, and what I needed to keep watch on specifically in the mold and humidity areas.
