When I called in, every accommodation was made to work around my schedule and get my the appointment that I needed. Doug was our specialist. He's an excellent front man for your company. He was very helpful, knew him business and very personable, he gave us all confidence that our basement will be fully fixed and functional. We have another company out to our home, but Doug's professionalism really made the difference for us making our decision. I hope the people doing our install are as nice as Doug!
