Most homeowners are tired of their unsightly downspouts. Every time they need to mow, they have to be taken off and put back. Some times in storms, they can blow away (when you need them most)! So, what can a person do? They can upgrade to underground downspouts!
Our underground downspouts systems are designed to take the gutter water away from the foundation without having the look of the downspout extensions. The water from the roof is then designed to saturate into the soil via our drywell boxes. Depending on the soil and amount of rainfall, the grated lids of the drywell box allow for overflow. And, they're perfect for maintenance when you get leaves and debris in them.

We installed a sealed SuperSump pump in this Wolcottville, Indiana crawlspace. We also addressed moisture concerns by encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace.
This Kosciusko County, Indiana customer has a walkout basement that would get water seepage in heavy rains. Water would spill in under the door. We installed a Trench Drain to capture that water.
We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard and EmeShield in this Winona Lake, Indiana basement. The walkout basement would allow seepage in near the doors. The EmeShield is designed to flash water into the WaterGuard system, and it then will get pushed to the sump pump.
