Gutter downspout can be unsightly and get in your way when you are gardening or mowing. UnderGround Downspouts are perfectly set into the ground so they can be mowed over. They also carry roof water away from your foundation so that water doesn't go into your home.
This South Bend, Indiana customer needed a waterproofing system to capture the water coming in at their cove joint. We installed a perimeter of DryTrak and installed a SuperSump pump to eject the water away from the home.
Phase one of this South Bend, Indiana project was to grind, prep, and clean this basement for DryTrak. We then laid DryTrak permanently to the floor. DryTrak is designed to control perimeter water from the cove joint and redirect it to a sump pump. Phase two will be install six Wall Anchors to support the bowing cinderblock foundation. |
A poured foundation can get fine hairline cracks with the expansion and contraction of the elements. This can allow water to find its way to your basement. An Epoxy Crack Injection is the right way to address this kind of situation.
To prevent water getting into a basement through a foundation crack, we ground and prepped the wall for injection, installed injection ports, and injected the cracks with epoxy. This cost includes a second visit to cut off injection ports, seal ports, and reseal the surface of the entire crack with an additional layer of epoxy. |
