This New Carlisle, Indiana resident had us out to diagnose why he was getting a few areas of seepage in his basement.  Chris Young found that water was making its way through the cove joint, where the wall and floor connect, in his basement.  He created a solution of a WaterGuard perimeter that would drain into an UltraSump pump and discharge into an underground downspout away from his foundation.  

Nova Basement Systems installed an above-the-floor drainage solution called DryTrak, in this New Carlisle home.  

This before image shows how we add stone around our drain tile and drywell box encourage drainage.  

This Berrien Center homeowner called us when water began to seep through a crack in her wall.  We sealed it with an Epoxy Crack Injection.  

This Hanna, Indiana basement had a perimeter of WaterGuard installed along with a Lateral Drain to alleviate floor pressure.
